Last updated: July 6, 2026 This End User License Agreement governs your use of Bob Assist. By signing in, registering, or using the application, you agree to these terms. 1. License. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Bob Assist for lawful personal or internal business purposes. 2. Account Responsibility. You are responsible for your account, credentials, activity, and any content submitted through the application. 3. Acceptable Use. You may not misuse the application, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service operation, reverse engineer restricted components, or use Bob Assist for unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive activity. 4. Data and Privacy. Bob Assist may process prompts, conversations, memory, voice, activity, and configuration data to provide application features. Data handling is also described in the privacy information shown on this page and by any configured external services you choose to use. 5. Updates and Availability. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. Updates may be required for continued operation, security, or compatibility. 6. Ownership. Bob Assist and its software, design, trademarks, and related materials remain owned by their respective rights holders. This agreement does not transfer ownership of the application or its intellectual property. 7. Third-Party Services. Some features may connect to external models, APIs, identity providers, or infrastructure. Those services are governed by their own terms and availability. 8. No Warranty. Bob Assist is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 9. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the providers and contributors of Bob Assist are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. 10. Termination. Access may be suspended or terminated if you violate this agreement or if continued access creates legal, security, operational, or abuse risk. 11. Governing Law. This agreement is governed by the laws applicable in the service operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. 12. Contact.
